The new villa is has been completely refurnished. Everything is brand new. Each room in the house has TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of towels, second/third set of linen for all beds. Lanai with teak furniture set, BBQ 3 burner gas grill. Exercise bycicle on the lana, 2 MTB bycicles in the garage. Deck chairs and sunbeds to use. Very quiet neighbourhood. The pool has an electric pool heater and is new. Only short distances to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Short drive of 5 minutes to Cape Coral Bach and to Pine Island. 30 minutes to Ft. Myer's Beach, Sanibel and Captiva.
